Last year I bought an Echo Dot, which responds to the name “Alexa.”
Not too long ago, I say, “Alexa!”
She ignores me.
Again, I say, “Alexa!”
She still ignores me.
A third time, I say, “Alexa!”
Nothing.
So now I’m getting frustrated, given the fact that I just bought this thing.
When I draw closer to the Echo Dot, I notice something I hadn’t noticed before—Alexa isn’t plugged in!
See, Alexa only works when she’s plugged into the source of power.
As it is with Alexa, so it is with you. Your plan only works when you’re plugged into the Source of power. Your life only works when you’re plugged into the source of power. God is your source of power.
