There’s a story in which a young boy is traveling by airplane to visit his grandparents. On the plane, the boy sits beside a man who happens to be a seminary professor.
While the boy is reading a Sunday school lesson, the professor sees this as an opportunity to have some fun with the boy. So the professor says to the boy, “Young man, if you can tell me something that God can do, I’ll give you a big, shiny apple.”
The boy thinks for a moment, and then replies, “Sir, if you can tell me something that God cannot do, I’ll give you a whole bag of apples!”
Regardless of what you’re going through, regardless of the size of the giant before, nothing is too hard for God. God is able to help you even when you can’t help yourself.
