A popular improv comedy show is Nick Cannon’s Wild ’N Out.

One of the games on the show is Bullspittin’, during which cast members ride a mechanical bull while freestyling rhymes to words that appear on a screen. The goal is to come up with rhymes to as many words as possible without falling off the bull.

For example, on one episode, the word on the screen was “window.” While riding the bull, Nick said, "Through the window, to the wall. I’ll be spitting this, I won’t fall."

Then he fell.

Like this mechanical bull, negative situations may toss you around, bump you around, and bounce you around.

But just as the contestants must hold fast to the rope wrapped around the bull, so also you must hold fast to the positive in your life.
