Our church mother Ms. Ada Taylor gives me candy every Sunday before service. One Sunday, however, as she enters the building, she doubles up.
As she hands me twice as much candy as she normally does, she tells me, “This is for next week too because I won’t be here. I have a prior commitment.”
When Ms. Ada gave me the candy in advance, she provided what I needed before I needed it, so that when I needed it, I already had it.
Likewise, God can provide what you need before you need it, so that when you need it, you already have it.
