Not long ago, while I was working on my computer, the following message popped up on my screen: “You are now running on reserve battery power. . . . You need to plug the power adapter into your computer and into a power outlet. If you don’t, your computer will go to sleep in a few minutes.”
We are very much like my computer. If we desire to stay vibrant, active, lively, and fully functional, we must ensure that we’re plugged into the power outlet. God is the power outlet.
In order to keep your battery charged, plug into God by praying daily, reading your Bible regularly, and engaging in corporate worship weekly.
