A few years ago, I buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
The other day, while I’m browsing the Dyson website, a phrase catches my attention: “Only a Dyson works like a Dyson.”
According to the website, there’s no replacement for a Dyson.
When I read that phrase, I’m reminded of the fact that just as there’s no replacement for a Dyson, so also there’s no replacement for the Divine.
There are some doors in your life only God can open. There are some blessings in your life only God can give. There are some ways in your life only God can make.
In Psalm 127:1, the songwriter puts it like this: “Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.”
