I love fancy, loud, expressive socks. Pairs of such socks often come in packs of three.
Typically, I really like only one pair of socks in a three-pack. So, in order to enjoy the pair I do like, I must accept the pairs I don’t like as much.
As it is with the socks, so it is in life. Oftentimes, your blessing is a package deal. Joy is packaged with pain. Deliverance is packaged with difficulty.
Nevertheless, even though blessings may be packaged with burdens, don’t miss the blessings God has bestowed upon you.
