Fitness Challenge

A few weeks ago, our church’s fitness guru Shannon Elkins explained the details of our Thirty-Day Fitness Challenge. According to the schedule, we are to exercise six days a week. But Shannon explained that we could work out all seven days if we wanted to be “extra.”

When you’re extra, you go above and beyond what’s required. When you’re extra, you go above and beyond what’s expected.

I’m so glad that I serve a God who’s extra. God will go above and beyond for you.
