Recently I prepared a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter’s lunch. While cooking one side, however, I was distracted because I was doing too many things at once. Therefore, I burned one side of the sandwich.
Rather than throw the sandwich away, however, I scraped the burnt side with a butter knife until it was golden.
When life gives you burnt grilled cheese, don’t throw it all away. Don’t lose heart. Just scrape the burnt part, and enjoy the rest. Make the most of a bad situation.
