Growing up, I heard that if you store dying batteries in the freezer, the life of the batteries would be revived. Although I don’t do this anymore, I admit that I’ve done this before—more than once!
I did it because I believed that there was still more life, and potential, and possibility in those batteries.
Just as I didn’t give up on those batteries, so also God has not given up on us. And because God hasn’t given up on us, we shouldn’t ever give up on God.
Despite the depth of your despair or the strength of your storm, don’t stop trusting in God.
